The STERIS eService Portal is simple to use and requires no special software. Creating service requests is a three-step process: 1) identify the equipment; 2) enter the call information; 3) submit the request. Your service request is then loaded into STERIS' call management system and a service technician is assigned and paged.

The Call Query feature allows you to view existing service requests, check request status, current technician assignment, repair comments, part and non-part usage or provide updates on open requests.

To use these features, you must first obtain an eService portal account.
