VHP Validation and Verification
VHP On-site Operator Training - Includes 1-½ days of on-site instruction to include: VHP Process Variables, Phases of the Cycle, Applications, Safety, Validation, Basic Cycle Development, and Hands-on Demonstration.
VHP Cycle Development - Includes utilizing real-time concentration monitoring to optimize cycle conditions as well as confirmation of efficacy with biological and chemical indicators of one enclosure. This service is typically a 2 day process for one cycle which includes a protocol as well as a completion report showing the data, optimized cycle parameters, and recommendations.
VHP Biological Indicator Testing - Involves confirming efficacy of a VHP cycle with biological and chemical indicators. This is a 1 ½ day service for 2 cycles depending on the customer’s application and includes a protocol and completion report.
VHP Real-time Concentration Check - Involves the use of a real-time concentration sensor to monitor VHP concentrations of a VHP generator by a STERIS Service Specialist. STERIS recommends that a customer verify concentration of their VHP generator once per year.
VHP Application Troubleshooting - On-site consulting by a VHP Applications Specialist. Customer would supply all consumables and provide access to VHP generator-enclosure. The minimum time for this service is 2 days on site, additional days as needed.
