Steam Quality Testing Services
This test ensures your sterilization equipment’s steam quality complies with international sterilization standards. This service includes three tests, each conducted in triplicate over the span of one to three days.
These three tests measure:
- Steam Dryness: Assesses moisture content in steam to ensure proper sterilization conditions
- Superheat: Evaluates steam temperature levels to maintain optimal sterilization performance
- Non-Condensable Gas: Identifies unwanted gases that could compromise sterilization effectiveness
All tests are performed in accordance with international guidelines. Upon completion, you'll receive a comprehensive report detailing the results and verification of steam quality compliance. This service should be performed annually.
